Original Design

All design concepts, drawings, photographs, product configurations, and written content presented on this website are the intellectual property of Dreammaker Designs. They are protected by copyright and design‑right laws internationally.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any visual or textual material is strictly prohibited. Our work is the result of years of practice and refinement — we ask that you respect its origin.

Bespoke Commissions

Each bespoke piece is crafted by hand, using materials that carry natural variations in grain, colour, and texture. These characteristics are not defects — they are the signature of authenticity and cannot be grounds for rejection.

Once a commission is confirmed and the production process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. We work closely with you during the design phase to ensure every detail is agreed upon before fabrication starts.

Condition of Material

Solid wood, natural stone, and other organic materials respond to changes in humidity, temperature, and light. Over time, wood may develop subtle checks or shifts in tone; stone may reveal deeper veining or patina.

These evolutions are inherent to the material and are considered part of its beauty. They do not constitute a failure of craftsmanship or material integrity. Our care guides provide detailed advice on maintaining your pieces through these natural changes.

Professional Consultation

The information on this website — including dimensions, material specifications, and lead times — is provided for design reference only. Final specifications are confirmed in a written contract before any commission begins.

We recommend engaging a qualified interior designer or architect to assist with spatial planning and integration. Our studio offers professional consultation services to ensure your project is realised with precision and coherence.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. The courts of Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically; the latest version will always be available on this page.
