Prism Origami Credenza
A sculpture of multi-faceted geometry and organic branching foundations.
The Architecture of the Fragment
The Prism Origami Credenza is a study in "Deconstructivism." Inspired by the sharp, interlocking planes of modern crystal formations and the ancient Japanese art of paper folding, its facade features a rhythmic series of asymmetric facets. This design catches light at a myriad of angles, creating a shifting landscape of highlights and shadows that breathes life into the monochromatic "Nude Blush" lacquer.
True avant-garde design thrives on the contrast between the mathematical and the organic. While the body is defined by rigid, geometric precision, the credenza is supported by three "Branch-System" bases—an organic, bird-foot-like armature that defies the square logic of typical cabinetry. It is a piece that demands a place in the gallery-home, serving as both a high-utility storage hub and a centerpiece of contemporary structural art.
Built to Last
Multi-Planar Facet Engineering
Each drawer and door front is meticulously engineered with up to eight different intersecting planes. These facets are hand-fitted to ensure that the geometric lines flow seamlessly across the breaks between the cabinet’s four primary sections.
Organic "Branch" Casting base
The base is crafted using high-tensile casting technology to create a branching, skeletal structure. This organic form is not only a visual masterpiece but also a masterpiece of weight distribution, providing immense stability for the oversized body.
360-Degree Silk-Satin Finishing
The entire unit is finished in a specialized "Porcelain-Satin" lacquer. This multi-layered coating provides a velvet-like tactile experience while highlighting the sharp edges of the prisms without the glare of high-gloss finishes.
